I
Don't Hate Las Vegas Anymore
Written and Directed
by Caveh Zahedi
A real-life comedy about
a filmmaker (Caveh Zahedi) who takes a
road trip to Las Vegas -- with his father
(George Zahedi), 16-year-old half-brother
(Amin Zahedi), and a crew of two -- in
the hopes of proving the existence of God.
Caveh's premise is that if God exists,
and if He is indeed omniscient, omnipotent
and omnibenevolent, as Caveh hopes He is,
then it must be possible to throw out the
script and simply start shooting, leaving
it to God to provide the necessary events
and to ensure the film's success. Naturally,
things don't go according to plan -- because
there is no plan!
